The Lombard Farmers’ Market
Every Tuesday between May 20 and October 14 from 8 am to 1 pm at the corner of St Charles Rd &
Elizabeth. Fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, plants and flowers, and much more!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: 2-4 needed from 9am-12pm (Mid-June through Mid-August)
for children’s area to help with craft activities and play games while parents shop.
Spooktacular Saturday
Saturday, October 25 12pm- 4pm
One of Lombard Town Centre’s most anticipated events with fun for all ages! Trick or treating at
the downtown businesses, games, entertainment and a petting zoo!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: 15+ to help with games and contests, pumpkin give-away, safe crossing of
streets, and window painting.
JingleBell Jubilee
Saturday, December 6
Lombard Town Centre again partners with the Lombard Chamber of Commerce, the Lombard Park
District, Helen Plum Library and the Lombard Historical Museum to present the 3rd Annual
Jingle Bell Jubilee.
Downtown events include a Cookie Walk, Tree Lighting, Caroling, and Sleigh Rides!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: 15+ to serve as Santa’s helpers giving out candy and assisting at Santa’s
House where children can come on their own (no adults allowed!) to buy small gifts and get
them wrapped for their parents. (3.07 LTC is still looking for someone to oversee the
Santa’s House project)

calls to remind people about meetings or check on information,
there’s a spot for you. If you are not able to
make regular meetings, but want to be involved in Lombard
Town Centre, perhaps you have a few days a year to run
events or take on a specific short-term project.
